Santee Business Assistance Grant Program
This program will support small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants of up to $10,000 will be available to eligible small businesses within the incorporated City of Santee. The Application Period is 9:00am October 5th – 11:59pm October 11th, 2020.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be a for-profit business located in the incorporated City of Santee with a valid Business License
Must have been affected by COVID-19
Small businesses must have no more than 25 employees (Full-Time Equivalents)
Opened on or prior to March 1, 2020
Must be an independently owned business
Small businesses that received prior Federal and State funding are eligible, however, funding must be used on alternative eligible expenditures
Must be a brick-and-mortar business
Home-based businesses are not eligible
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The business may claim expenses between March 1st – October 5th, 2020
The funds will be distributed on a First Come- First Served basis
Businesses will be asked to certify that they are not duplicating funds
The City of Santee has $200,000 to distribute during this program
